Our product is responsible for the entire pricing cycle of apartments across all residential complexes in Kazakhstan, including forecasting initial prices, dynamic adjustment during the sales stage, and much more.

Requirements:
• Python (Pandas, NumPy, MatPlotLib)
• PostgreSQL, Git, Django, Docker
• Understanding the basic principles of pricing and having experience in developing pricing algorithms, especially in the real estate sector, will be an advantage
• Statistical and econometric knowledge
• Communication skills, customer development, problem solving skills

Responsibilities:
• Development and optimization of pricing algorithms for real estate
• Building and evaluating machine learning models to forecast real estate prices based on location and external market factors.
• Developing a model for auto-accounting of monthly financial project needs.
• Integrating developed algorithms into existing infrastructure, including interaction with databases, APIs, and stream processing of data.
